Overall reliability
Reliable, economic and a pleasure to drive.
After looking at many MPVs and SUVs, we chose the B Class because not only was it well specified for the price, but it met our needs better than any of the others we looked at. We tow a 2-berth caravan and the engine/auto gearbox, together with the hill hold function, make it a breeze, even on steep Scottish hairpin bends. In the 3 years miles we've owned the car it has been totally reliable with no warranty issues at all. It is comfortable, quiet and on a long motorway journey we've had 70+mpg. Towing the caravan, it drops to a still-respectable 35mpg. After 21,000 miles it still feels like a new car and won't be changing it any time soon!
