A pleasure to own

We were downsizing from our expensive to run Subaru Outback 3 Litre petrol (which was a brilliant car otherwise), but needed a comfortable car that was safe, could cope with our country roads and had a luxury image. 'Benzie' ticked all of those boxes and more. We spec'd with the automatic gearbox, upgraded memory/comfort seats and heated seats. This is due to having some health issues which means that seat comfort is vital, plus we regularly swap drivers. The memory function has proved to be invaluable - and something we insist on from now on. The 3 stage seat heating is fantastic too. We have had absolutely no issues with the car since we bought it brand new in December 2013. Only covered just over 24,000 miles, as we also have a campervan and other vehicles on the farm. It is constantly admired wherever we go - even now at over 3 years old. It drives brilliantly - on country lanes, B roads, A roads, dual carriageways, motorways, city etc etc. It is very economical on fuel, plus cheap on insurance and tax. We had the service pack with it, so had 3 years of servicing included. However, I think that servicing prices are very reasonable anyway. The build quality is very high. We would keep it forever, but need a bigger touring car now, so have part-exchanged for a new Maserati Ghibli (you can tell we are petrol heads!). 'Benzie' is so lovely, the Maserati dealership are going to sell it themselves. Would recommend one to anyone.
