2016 KX-3 Auto

Good car. Some poor dealers.

Bought the car new in June 2016, and paid extra for the dealer to fit a towbar before delivery. They made a very poor job of it - didn't give me all the parts, didn't re-attach the wheel arch liners, broke some internal trim. And it took them two days, so the car was over a day late being collected.

I've since found another dealer local to me, who are excellent.

The car itself has been faultless - 2 years/24,000 miles so far. Its a bigger beast than it looks - you have to remember that when squeezing through spaces!

Positives:

Aircon in the boot for the dog

Huge hidden area under boot floor - it can even take the load cover!

100% reliability

Android Auto/Apple car play upgrade was just £25. Though the new dealer even waived that!

Headlights (worth paying the extra for the KX-3 for the better headlights)

Auto gearbox works well

Full size alloy spare wheel

Negatives:

Kia's servicing regime is a little confusing

Some dealers are very poor.
