Romford (RM) - 72.7% pass rate
Romford has the highest MoT rate in the UK, with seven out of 10 cars achieving a pass. This means failure rates for common items such as steering, brakes and suspension are 50 per cent lower than the national average, while budget brand Dacia ranks among the best performers.
