Almost certainly the switch under the bonnet that senses when the bonnet has been opened.. That's what it was when I myself had this problem.

Replace switch or, if you aren't too worried about retaining this alarm function, simply disconnect it. You might need to short the leads going to it depending on whether the switch is normally open or normally closed. It's so long ago since I did this job I can't remember.
