Of course it "began" in Bremen but they are also made in all the other factories named Bremen is used as a production factory mainly for the LHD market when extra cars were needed.Having been in most DB factories and seen c class estates coming off the production line the OPs car could be made anywhere were they produce RHD vehicles there will be a production plate somewhere on the car or a number that relates to a factory.Many RHD vehicles come out of SA and India although these are protected to North European standards when exported.
