Over the past three weeks my polo has been difficult to start but yesterday would not start at all . The engine turns over fine but will not fire . To-day i took each spark plug out individually and they all sparked fine . Also i disconnected the fuel line and turned the ignition and the fuel seemed to pump through fine . One thing i have noticed is when the ignition key is turned to its first position ,so at to activate the fuel pump, the pump takes quite a while to reach pressure ,about 8 seconds . Could this be the problem ?
