It's the stupidity that is so irritating: why go on when the posts are deletd as soon as a moderator sees them?

I'm far from being an expert so feel free to ridicule this.

Does twerps IP address come up on registration, and does the software have the capability of automatically rejecting a certain address if programmed to do so.

Will the childs availability of email addresses eventually run out (does the forum software remeber bad ones and automatically block?) or is there an unlimited supply.
