Someting of a contrast with a 1.1 D reg example I had in the late 80's in a ghastly maroon and which had the most alarming understeer I've ever encountered.

Also worth noting that I leased this on 2 year contract hire which will cost me £4k over 2 years which - while not rivalling the 'Bangernomics' school of car ownership - compares favourably with the depreciation and finance costs of buying new or even nearly new
