my insurace company inform me my insurance cannot be frozen for more than 2 weeks,my car has been in an accident(the other party admitted full responsability) my car being deemed a write off by his insurers ,it seems i have insurane running on a vehicle that i don't now own!!

3rd party cannot write-off your car, your insurer can
