Can I get a Cat C removed from my car?

Can I get Category C removed from the V5? It is because of fire damage in 2009.

You cannot remove the write-off classification on a used car once the write-off has been declared. Even if the car has been repaired and rebuilt to a high standard, future owners will need to be informed that the car was previously written off.
