little surprise, as Chevrolet offered me two tickets for the first day Next Thursday), but the important question is, Will HJ be there?

Yes actually, I like his column in the telegraph, and the website is useful, so yes it would be nice to meet him, sfter all he only started in the motor trade 7 years before me, but has had plenty of success, (and GOOD LUCK to him!)

I've been coming to this site for over 10yrs, dating back to the Old Back Room. It's my favourite site! In the past HJ took time to reply by personal mail to questions I asked about Leon 20VTs and again about C-Max's.

I'd like to meet him.

I think if HJ were to be at Goodwood, it would be on the Saturday or Sunday. There's a reason for giving away tickets for Thursday - it's the quietest day and the ticket price reflects this!

And I've met HJ at Blackbushe - so there ;-)

I'll be there with Ford on the Thursday, definitely won't be there on Friday morning. Renault had a vague idea of involving me with the new Dacia Duster being price launched at Goodwood, but that has not yet been confirmed.
