Key fob will lock, but not unlock remotely - no click. Can unlock manually with key. Car starts easily. Using key fob inside car it will also lock but not unlock. If I Iock it from inside, I then have to unwind window & use key from outside.

For about a year, the passenger door has very occasionally not unlocked with the key fob.

The key fob had its first replacement battery a couple of months ago.

Could you please give me some idea of the likely problem.
