Spanish Speed limits - dadbif

A quick note for discussion, the Spanish government have announced that from March 7th the national speed limit on motorways will be reduced from 120 kph to 110 kph, this action is to reduce fuel consumption due to the current problems in Libya (where Spain gets most of its fuel).

What concerns me more is that they also intend increasing the percentage of biofuel added to the standard diesel, I wonder what effect that will have on modern engines?

None! It's not like they're adding untreated cooking oil to the diesel.
