my Chrysler Voyager 1999 2.0 .litre has failed it's mot due the horn not working. after a little internet research and some more questioning . the airbag light is permanently lit, from what i can gather these symptoms point to a fault with the clock spring behind the steering wheel, i also gather this was fixed under a recall in the usa and wondered if the same applied over here? MY VIN IS WU549855
