Hi

I am looking to see if any of the readers on this site have experienced extended delivery times with various cars in the Volkswagen range and actually got any sense out of the manufaturer.

I have a number of customers who have had cars on order for over six months and neither the dealer, nor VW customer care are offering any assistance.

I am looking for feedback from any customers of VW who have had;

• A gesture of goodwill from VW UK to cover the addtional VAT for cars that should have been delivered in 2010?
• A loan car, or a contribution towards hire car charges?

Any help would be appreciated, I can't get any sense from anyone so far, VW customer care don't seem to care and I have frustrated customers who just want to take delivery of their new cars.
