I'm sorry but I have to agree with Gordon bennet ! I cannot recall ever failing a 3 year old car on fuel or brake pipes, most brake pipes are coated now with a plastic for extra protection. Brake pipes are thick and slight surface corrsion is acceptable. Most fuel lines now are aluminum rather than steel for lightness so why they have corroded to an extent where they are a failure make my mind boggle. Unless you use the vehicle in a toxic enviroment or drive up and down horse or cow track and have coated the underside in unpleasantries I too would consider changing the garage. I think may be a word in their ear first.Unfortunaltey you can't appeal if the work has already been done. Did you ask for the old pipes ? Most clutch system's are linked to the brake resvouir so if the fluid was drained the clutch hydraulics may of suffered, but they should of checked it and bleed at the same time! very poor quality control and customer service.
