Ford Focus 1.8 Diesel - Stalling Problem - quietgef

Car stalls while driving, Has had new Fuel Filter & oil filters, one day its ok next day will stop, Any one out there had that problem,Ford Garage did Diognostic check and said they could try something which would cost £130 but wouldn't guarentee would solve the problem

It seems there are faults with the fuel pumps that seem to suggest something. CAN THEY BE TESTED AT ALL?
