Track days/driving experiences/decent hotel - mike100

My wife is a bit of a speed freak so as a birthday treat for her, I'd like to arrange for a track session at a racing circuit. However, she's also partial to a nice bit of luxury so can anyone recommend a good, comfortable hotel in reasonable proximity to a racing circuit? Or does anyone know of any packages that include accomodation with track days? Thanks

If it’s not too late for a recommendation, I suggest you look at Brands Hatch. I’ve no experience myself, but two friends of mine have done the single track day involving tuition in a fast BMW, followed by track time in a single seat racing car. Both were very enthusiastic about the experience, and both were novices. There is a large Hotel complex on site. Worth a look?
