here we go with the clue milking process!! ;-) so i`ll start the ball rollin`
I was originally drawn to the thought of one of the Alpine tunnels, but whilst "googling" i came across this "snippet" - knowing how devious and crytic your clues are, i thought maybe something nearer to home maybe in order,???
>>Reinforced gunite lining was applied in a number of tunnels in the UK (e.g. the Mersey Tunnel), which led to the publication of a handbook on Cement Gun Work in London in 1934. Thanks to the refinements and patented inventions of Swiss engineers, shotcrete machines reached the industrial production stage in the 1950s and 1960s<<
fits alot of the hints, even if not right!
p.s
me enjoyed the drinks!! however i converted them to real beverages (Grouse n Coke) at my local this eve! - please send me your address so i can send you the tab!! ;-)
cheers!
