Rather than pay ford £60 an hour plus vat, a great pc based diag system that will even recode injectors is the autoenginuity scantool with ford enhancement. Autoenginuity/gendan.co.uk sell it for almost £400 all in but you can get the tool itself on ebay, refurbed, from USA, less than £100 , (beware of customs fees) and get the enhancement separately. It is sent via a code in an email anyway so may be transferable.

Has coded my 2002 tdci mondeos injectors, no prob, despite being a pre-2004 diesel.

To read fault codes then recode injectors at main dealers would be around £150 so this is a great bit of kit for anyone fed up of the ford main s******ship...
