02 2.0 dti no fuel at injectors - 2e1cys

hi guys had a good read on previous posts and can't find and info
mine has no fault code shown in or out of the mem the engine management light used to come on and restrict performance would reset after a while. now just been to have some body work done and it ran out of fuel on them since then it won't start
It has had bio in and a bit or red in the past any help would be great ian
