Further to the excellent Private Parking Fines (Read Only) information Martin Lewis, of moneysavingexpert.com fame, has brought the topic up again in his weekly newsletter.

A common factor in all this excellent information is the absolute necessity of NOT signing anything you send to any branch of the scammers. Write to them if you feel you must but do not sign! Martin Lewis's info has very useful template letters for sending off at various stages of the proceedings.
