02 3.2 'Check rear lights' msg when brakes applied - iah
when i apply brakes message ;check rear lights ; comes up. checked all bulbs and connecting plug. all ok. any suggestions?

Maybe change the bulbs anyway, that seems to have sort of fixed a very similar problem on SWMBO's Zafira:-

Get someone to press the vrake and you check the lights. Ensure they are of equal brilliance. Regards Peter

Any bulbs been replaced recently?

Have you checked how lights work with brakes applied? ie press brake, keep it on, and then operate indicators, go, hazards etc.

Initial guess is a bulb has been replaced and possibly wrong one fitted?
