98 1.9 DT - How much to have the head skimmed? - t2myd
hi ,my head gasket went on my 306 dturbo s ,does anybody have a rough idea, what it will cost to have head skimmed ,and would you reccomend having it pressure tested ,thanks all !

Over here in Northern Ireland it costs £65-£80 to get your head pressure tested and skimmed. I would recommend getting both done as there is nothing worse than having to remove the head again if there was a crack in it.

your right ,and with my luck,i had a a3 tdi ,best car ever ,now a a4 avant tdi problem car ,bought 306 realy cheap,had a look over weekend ,noticed bottom hose aint on proper .did a google search looks like its a problem on peugeot diesles ,thanks dar !!!
