I think it has been briefly mentioned that there are further requirements on the cards in relation to the test for motor cycles. These were supposed to be in now but delayed until next year in England because of shortage of off road areas to carry these tests out.

Isnt it correct that the 50kph is an EU thing and being 32mph is not possible in urban areas hence the need to spend millions on new test centres with private ares where 32mph can be achived legally, dont you love the Eurocrats !!!!

If they had made it 50kph+/-10%,there would have been no problem.
