Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Nsar

I'm dog tired so my cheap pun making abilities are much diminished today, so perhaps someone else could do the honours with this rather embarrassing car crash.

I'm expecting a top performance here from AE, BBD Lud and the other BR wise-guys. Don't let me down lads

More consequences of today's rising inflation?

Several witnesses referred to a 'big bang'. Not the one in someone's dreams, obviously. The other one.

I was in a club in Covent Garden with my wife and two friends and got chatting to a blow-up doll that a stag party had abandoned. I took pity on her and offered to take her home at the end of the night and, I kid you not, a minicab driver actually refused to let us in because he wasn't licenced to carry 5 people.

I did eventually get her home where she hung around in the bedroom for several months in my wife's underwear before some thug popped her.
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - crunch_time
Well, it's not mine - she punctured and let me down some time ago.

was this before or after the divorce dave?

A few years ago I was given a "Love Ewe" - a coquettish little temptress dressed in stockings and suspender belt.

Unfortunately she is not self-inflatable so spontaneous romance is difficult.

Kevin...

She took a drawing pin with her.

She let herself down, she let her friends down............

And this is motoring related ;-)

It could be a nifty way around the single occupancy lane restrictions.

Despite all he promised her, she feels really let down...

Wasnt someone done in Holland for having a blow up doll as passenger a few years ago?

Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - ifithelps
I was amused to see the doll in the back of a Fiesta - not that I've ever bought the magazine of the same name....
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Altea Ego
I refuse to rise to the temptation, its just a lot of hot air.
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Nsar
I'm sure his insurers will be extra vigilant when considering whether this is an inflated claim

Gunners v Tottenham about 20 years back, there were a few dozen inflatable women being 'boinged' about in Gunners end, wearing Spurs shirts, with the crowd singing "Are you watching, David Pleat?"

This was obviosuly aftetr Pleat's SECOND nabbing for kerb crawling. (Motoring reference!)

For those too young to recall, the FIRST headline in the Currant Bun was
"SPURS BOSS CAUGHT KERB CRAWLING", and the seond was "SPURS BOSS CAUGHT KERB CRAWLING... AGAIN!"

Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Bilboman
There was a beautifully ambiguous headline in one of the "quality" nationals some years ago after Hugh Grant's famous court case. Something about suffering a "blow" to his clean image.

First of all, please forgive me for mentioning something about the car on this thread...
but is that a mark 1 Fiesta? I didn't think for the life of me that any would still be on the road nowadays.

I seem to remember they were delivered fresh from the garage with rusty wings and sills!

At least my aunt's 950cc Popular Plus (I think that meant it got a heated windscreen) did! Oh and it was lovely beige colour - are there any beige colours now or are they called pearelescent magnolia or something like that?

Our family had a black one - NAB 606T anybody? - good little car.

First Ford we had with fwd and transverse engine, also tinted windows.

Well, back then you only got those on a Granada Ghia.

Was the Fiesta the first supermini?
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - AlastairW
I thought that too Bobby, but I have seen two Mk 1s in the last week, reasonably rust free and looked like they were in daily use.

There's a MK2 in the village - the owner's father was busily installing a radio, using a kitchen knife, very retro experience that !
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Alby Back
Actually, when you come to think of it, imagine how rubbish life must have to be to have a Mk1 Fiesta and only the company of an inflatable doll to look forward to.......Then you go and crash it and appear in the newspapers........Not especially good for the old CV really..

"oh, I thought I recognised you, you're that bloke who...."

dear oh dear......

;-)
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Pugugly
....it could be worse, she could have run off with an inner tube...:-(
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Alby Back
I heard she was a bit of an airhead.
Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Nsar
It has just struck me how appropriate a Fiesta is under the circumstances.

Probably caused by a blow out...

Another example of an ancient thread being resurrected for a purpose...

A purpose which is now unfulfilled. Anyone who not only spams but joins two sentences with a comma deserves to perish.

One of the many good aspects of this site is the intolerance to swearing. Is swearing, or at least only slightly disguised examples, now allowed? F***ing shame I think.

For the record, I'm not averse to a bit of swearing, especially when hammers and fingers are involved.

Inflatable Doll in Car Crash Shocker - Avant

OK - I've now deleted the swear-word in the spammer's post.
