Does anyone know what mpg I could expect from the above and will it run on unleaded petrol without modifications. I'm thinking of buying one.

Depending on how you drive it between 8 to 18mph.
What I will say service history ,service history and more service history.Dodgy to buy lhd from a private punter there is a good chance its was stolen in mainland Europe .Engine difficult to work on as is everthing .Handling when wet a nightmare and dangerous.They do not suffer any rust problems but replacement clutches or a faulty steptronic will see you running to the bank manager.I had a 911 turbo steptronic and to be honest it was a very expensive, impractable and not very nice to drive .For fun I use a corvette these days much more practable and reliable and cheaper.

Although I have never seen a Porche driven that slowly, you should get a reasonable mpg at that speed.
