96 'P' 4.2 Quattro.
Front pads or callipers are rattling when going over badly surfaced roads. Pads are new and feel snug enough, presume callipers are old, but brakes all work OK. Is the only cure to replace the whole calliper or can I do the carriers separately? New callipers are a whopping £370 + VAT!!
