Colour code...where is it located??? - highflier
i have just purchased a 2003 mondeo mk3 tdci, i want to touch up some paint chips but cant find the colour code to get the paint, i thought this was usually on the vin plate but i am having trouble working out the code, am i looking at the right plate(the one on the drivers side door pillar below the lock) if so what part of it tells me the colour?

any information is much appreciated

and look for the other tag (hopefully that confirms your colour) be warned its not foolproof as i have the mismatched fern green to prove it
the only foolproof way is to give the registration number to your ford dealer,these never get it wrong unless you have a grey import
