Mk4 Golf-Sidelights u/s after bulb swap. - AllTorque
Changed the offside front headlamp unit tonight, then found both the front and rear offside side lights won't work. All the other lights, front and rear, on both sides of the car, work OK. Fuses seem OK. Anyone any ideas where to look for the fault please?

Did you use an OE bulb ? Certainly its known on BMW bikes that non-OE bulbs will confuse the CANbus wiring system. Other possibility has the bulb been connected upside down IIKWIM
