Automatic for a grand?? - ShineOnYouCrazyDiamond
Because of a medical reason I need a automatic.

I only have £1000 to spend.

Anything up to a 1.8,
estate or a hatchback.

If you was to buy one with that sort of money what would you go for? What auto's are better/more reliable for a grand?

Cheers for the help.

Bearing mind HJ's and other's thoughts on the right way to drive an automatic

www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/faq.htm?id=15

Is an automatic right for you ie are you able use both feet? That said I don't often drive an automatic (hire car only) and when I do I put my left foot out of the way and drive with 2 pedals and one (right) foot!

I don't use both feet when I drive. Although I agree it is probably better to do so if you can, I have the coordination that would put a sloath to shame, so - no, I don't think I will tr a second time.
