civic 1997 horn & brakelights problem - rip
car is 1997 Honda civic 1.4 petrol

The problem is all 3-rear brakelights and the horn are not working at all.

I have checked the fuses, the horn and brakelights operate on the same fuse, but the fuse is ok.

Can anyone offer any help/ advice as to the problem?

TIA

Is there 12 volts on both sides of that fuse with the ignition on? [No. 2 in the engine-bay fusebox?] A simple 12v test light from an accessory shop will suffice to check. Have you tried changing the fuse?

I would check all fuses for continuity .It is possible that the fuse location is not correct against the fuse legend on the cover.Don't forget these have 2 fuse boxes, one in cabin and one in engine bay near battery.
