I have a w reg 2000 Peugeot 306 and one of my spotlamps is out, is there an easy way of removing the bulb without having to take off the bumper or trim?

"Driving lamps"... "spotlamps"... As DD says, on the Pug 306 these are almost certainly fog lights and should not be used unless visibility is less than 100 metres, despite the widespread flouting of this restriction. See elsewhere on this forum for considerable discussion of the topic.
