TrafCam - any good? - GT
Has anyone (other than Alwyn, who mentioned it ref: 9/10/01) a considered opinion of the TrafCam (www.trafcam.com) ? (Does the HJ site do product testing?)

With so many cameras about, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before my licence of 30+ years gets besmirched, so I'd like to get protected. But at £300 entry level, I want to make sure it's worth it.

It's excellent and needn't cost £300. I bought a palm m100 from currys for £99 (I think they're much cheaper now) and a used Magellan GPS310 handheld for £50. The subscription is £45 pa. Works fine once your used to stashing the cables e.t.c... A neater installation obviously involves a more expensive palm with clip on gps.
