THis is the sort of car that ought to work in a city like Manila given the pint-size gaps in the traffic and the scarce parking. Yet the one or two which have shown up have everybody falling about laughing. Seems they'd rather slug it out in the jams in something a bit more like a car than risk being laughed at. Chacun a son gout, etc.

Never been in a Smart, but I've driven that road between Windhoek and CT a number of times. Not a journey I'd look forward to doing in that vehicle.
