None of the majors will.
You're only hope is to grab the yellow pages and look for small independents in your area.
If you put the area in here there is a chance that someone will know, but I really I suspect the Yellow Pages will be best.
But I'm afraid I don't fancy your chances.

Sounds dangerous to me,maybe your own insurance would cover you,or if your a fleet driver,your co insurance.

I asked HJ about this a while ago. He suggested they might let you hire if you arrange your own insurance.
