Deciphering MOT brake result shorthand - SjB {P}

SWMBO's 306 passed its MOT this morning, but I'd like to know what the comments written on the brakes portion of the check list mean.

My assumption is that the (L) refers to the point of wheel lock, but I don't know what the values themselves mean. I'm not surprised that there is some imbalance, because I fitted new discs and pads on Saturday, since when the car has been driven barely ten miles to bed them in!

Anyway, the values:

Nearside

240(L)
90
130(L)

Offside
190
310(L)
100
190(L)

Last year, for reference, the values were:

Nearside

160(L)

I have had a look on various MOT related web sites, but can't find the answer.
