Hi all,
I was having a perusal of EBAY and happened across a 9 year old BMW M3. Now one thing - I love my BM's - Dad's mate has a new M3 and it is absolutely gorgeous...but I digress.
The bidding is at £6,600. That seems awfully steep for a car with 130,000 miles on the clock. Obviously not that steep because someone has bid that price.
Lovely car but I could find something a lot newer and reliable (although admittedly not as quick) for 6k.
What do you think of the price?

If it was an Evolution model well maintained (95 so probably not) then cheap.
Otherwise not.
Some people love flash cars and when you've bought it, turned the clock back and had sctches and dents sorted plus new wheels and a Personal Plate it will look 6 years old and £15k...

It was an Evo model yes but still a lot of money for the miles.
We had neighbours ages ago who bought a BM as a status symbol (some would argue who doesn't). It was a K reg 325 TDS. Knackered old thing - 150k on the clock, broke down on the test drive (I kid you not) and the gear lever was snapped at that top.
They paid 9,500.
Madness.
Incidently, they whacked a private plate on it.
