Tyre query for a v/w polo - palamanda
Hi there,i have a V/WPolo 1.4 auto R/98.I find when i drive over potholes etc the steering pulls and the back end goes out.Its also the same in the wet weather.I have standard tyres on it size 13.Want i want to know is,if it would make much difference if i got bigger tyres to put on it and if so what size?
Would appreciate your advice

I assume tread on your original tyres is good.
Get your wishbone bushes checked. Bigger wheels will not make the problem go away.

Are all the tyres the same ? and what size are they, 13 is onlt the diamater you should find a number like 165 65 R13 . Are they at the right pressure. If they are then have your suspension checked for a worn shock absorber or worn bushes. Regards Peter
