Depends how much you want to pay ...

your GP should be able to do it (for a fee) but there are companies that specialise & may do it cheaper.

If you are already in the industry ask around other drivers etc in your area, there's possibly a local doctor who specialises.

Or as said search for one of the groups specialising in HGV medicals.

Your own doctor, who may not care to see you for anything to do with your actual health and wellbeing anymore will be readily available to relieve you of up to £150 for the service, kerching, the local groups and specialist doctors charge around £50/60 for the medical, i suggest a specialist doctor because they do so many medicals they always fill the DVLA forms in correctly.
