BMW 5 Series Tourer - Independent Car Warranty wording ...? - Antony Mason

The following wording appears in the WEAR & TEAR section of our vehicle warranty ...

The Warranty Will Not Cover ..Wear and Tear where the Vehicle is over 5 years old OR has covered more than 60,000 miles.

If our vehicle has 45,000 miles on the clock and is 5 years & 8 months old ......will it be covered in the event of a wear & tear claim ?

Not six years old and only 45k, you probably won.t need a warranty. These cars are well put together. Look out for water leak from the yellow grommit that blocks the hole for left hand steering column. You Tube if interested
