Has anyone fitted these?
Apart from reducing brake dust - is there a noticeable improvement in grip?

In my experience on my ZX, the GS pads offered no appreciable difference in braking. I even thought that when I changed back to OE pads that they were an improvement over GS.

I have them on the Omega fronts - no GS for rear so they sold me kevlar brakes.
Both are remarkably dust free.
I thought I noticed slightly improved performance when they were new, but I really try not to use them too much so I wouldn't like to say... :-)
They claim less fade, quicker heat dissipation etc. Maybe my style of driving doesn't need these attributes - yes, I drive fast, but I try to anticipate sufficiently that I'm not always "on the brakes" like some are.
I will get them again purely for dustfree wheels.

I have Green Stuff on my Rover 820 Vitesse Sport. Marvellous brake pads. Big improvement over anything else I've tried in recent years. My car should really have Red Stuffs, but I've yet to experience any fade despite trying quite hard. They seem particularly effective braking from high speed when loaded. Only downside is that they are sometimes noisey with slotted rotors.

Thanks to all three for your comments!

I need to change my brake pads - are these green stuff pads anybody know of a site where I can get them over the internet?
|
Just type in "greenstuff brake pads" on google and your answer is there on the top right as a sponsored link.
Ok I'l save you the bother then,

They have really good fade resistance but seem to be a bit soft, I went through a set in a month (no joke!) in my SD1 - Heavy car with small non-vented discs though.

Steve,
I don't think you can do it online, but phone 01354-741181 and ask for Daniel - very helpful guy and prices are good.
In case you are wondering, I have no connection with the company and talked to him yesterday for the first time.
