Hi I'm looking for a radio code for Ford focus after having new battery fitted

I'm afraid neither of these is a serial number, which should be in the form of M or V followed by six digits.

Switch on the radio, press pre-set buttons 1 and 6 together (sometimes it's 2 and 6) and wait for the numbers to scroll past. You're looking for something in the format explained above.

Failing that, you will need to partially remove the unit until you can a label attached to the chassis. For this you need a couple of simple tools.

This is a Blaupunkt travel pilot radio . M and V PIN numbers are not applicable. There is no code cracker for these . So it’s either a trip to the Ford dealer , or there are people on flea bay that can decode these for around £10 .
