Any car petrol or diesel - ECO Drive plug in module - 0
Do these EcoDrive plug in modules work? They are supposed to work any car whether it’s diesel or petrol. The blurb says: EcoDrive is a "plug and drive" device that plugs directly into your OBD2 connector. Any car built after 1996 has an OBD2 connector built into the dashboard, and it's very easy to access.

Has anyone bought one of these please?

Just found this so, maybe it’s the answer to my question, however, other people’s direct experience will be helpful: mwww.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=3&ved=2ahUKE...0

Don’t waste your money. Just use your right foot a little more gently on the gas pedal.

I remember my old Austin Maestro had an "econometer".

If your car has an MPG display, just set it to show that. You soon see that you get better MPG by not flooring the accelerator.

Agreed, it is amazing how much fuel is being used under power, especially in the lower gears.

Make the most of terrain and overrun instead of accelerating right up till the last moment then braking heavily, and timing junctions so you can keep moving, and you will see large fuel improvements, also your brakes and tyres last longer.

I agree, but suspect someone will come on and say how well it works even if they are talking rubbish, remember the fuel line magnet, I had a collection from second hand cars over the years lol. sad eh
