An F10 model without stop/start will take a regular Agm battery .Usually an 017/019 variant. Is the "battery low" message showing on the central display?

If the car is on run flat tyres, then the battery will be in the spare wheel well under boot carpet. Not a difficult job to replace, but you will need 10,11,and 13mm sockets and extension bar and ratchet to release the support brace and battery terminals. Lots of wiring and connectors attached ,so you make sure nothing comes adfift. The battery warning display should auto reset after a few starts and a short drive.

Had a new battery on my 2008 118D, luckily it was a warranty job. Battery had to be coded to the car and then it took a further 12 or 14 hours before it was fully aware it was a battery on a BMW.
