As the company's website acknowledges, anti-friction coatings (such as ceramics, etc) for components are commonly used in engines these days. However, applying them properly means subjecting the individual components to an industrial process.

It's hard to see how squirting a syringe-full of mysterious goop into the oil filler of an engine can apply a semi-permanent, low-friction coating to major components such as cylinder liners, bearings etc.

There were similar magic potions such as 'Piston Seal' back in the 1960s, none ever made any significant difference long term (apart from lightening the buyer's wallet).

Save your money, go to the pub, buy beer and enjoy.
