when i turn on the ignition the rev counter goes to 2,000 rpm ,as soon as i start the car it drops to `1,500 rpm ,after about 50/60 miles it works as it should ,also on first starting ticking over seems slow and car is noisy but ok when warm ,any advice on this ,thanks
