Nissan Note 1.2 2014 - Catalytic converter part numbers - B0B45

My friend wrecked his catalytic converter by adding the wrong fuel.

The replacement part number is 140021HF0A. A new replacement is about £2.000.00. A Danish recycling company is offering guaranteed low mileage items with the same part number, but taken from 1.2 Micra's.

The images look the same as the damaged one. Will the second hand catalyst be compatible with the 1.2 Note system?

Looks like the same part is used across a number of models. Check here:

Although it doesn't show a 1.2 Note.
