Daughter has lost her car key, we are struggling to find an economical method of replacing it.

She has:

One blank uncut Daewoo key, ready to be programmed and cut.

One copy of the original (from which the above can be cut/matched), but this is just a spare which has no fob, it was made as an emergency key to open the door if she was locked out.

We have called a few mobile companies, but they suggest with this particular car that they have had problems with the ECU after programming the key, and that it might be better to go to the dealer. There are no Matiz dealers in existence.

I assume whoever programmes the key will have to have the car too?

Anyone know of any companies we can contact in the Dorset/Somerset area?

Price quoted (fromt the guy worried about the ECU damage from past experience) is around £100 at the moment.
